Jot down the name of the store, what city it's in (the full address if you're really energetic), a phone number (this is a must) and if you happen to find out, the name of the person who buys the music for the store (optional, but we'll love you all the more).

It's also rather important that you include your name and address. WHY?

Because we plan to call on "your" store and try to spread the news about this wonderful culture we have! If "your" store has not already discovered the wonders of this music and is not already an account of ours, when they place their first order, you will receive a gift certificate for $25 worth of compact discs or cassette tapes from us!
