" SWIR is a terrific group. Their album, Still The Same Me, is not only my favorite, but also my kids.
The title track brings me back to my childhood. It reminds us that no matter what happens in our life, we are still ourselves.
If I have to give one of the kids an extended time out for throwing a temper trantrum, they have to listen to the song before their time-out is over. They tell me why they had to take a time-out, and what they are going to do to prevent another time-out, and I ask my son or daughter "Are you still the same you inside?". They love this album so much that they often play it on their own ... and I love it when they crank up the sound on their computer while they play it! I love to come into my kids room and see them dancing to music! "
