Description
Things to note:
- There will be no programming: no scheduled concerts or performances, no planned workshops, no shopping at The Land Sustainment Shop.
- This is NOT part of the Gap Day volunteer program.
-
The “Stay-Over” pass does not require the participant to do any volunteer work in exchange for the pass.
-
The “Stay-Over” period last from Sunday afternoon until Tuesday morning (total 2 nights).
-
During the “Stay-Over” period there will be limited resources available. The campers will have access to showers, toilets, and thecommunity kitchen. There will be no shuttles, no vendors, or food trucks available during this time.
-
The purchaser MUST purchase a ticket for the events preceding and following the weekend they are “staying-over.”
-
“Stay-Over” passes must be gotten through Goldenrod prior to the Stayover Weekend. No “Stay-Over” passes will be given at the front gate.
-
Upon entering The Land, during registration, if a participant has a ticket for one week and the following week (but not a purchased “Stay-Over” pass), the participant will not receive a wristband for the following week until Tuesday morning of the second week. They will be expected to leave The Land if they do not have a Stay-Over pass.
Gap Day volunteers are still needed – about 20 women per “gap” to help with keeping The Land in working order and helping with load-in for the next event. Women who wish to be a Gap Day volunteer must fill out an application and receive an invitation from the Land Managers in order to be able to stay for free in exchange for your service.
