WWTLC Stayover Days 2024

WWTLC is pleased to announce that we are piloting a much-requested option for women attending back-to-back events (or back-to-back-to-back) for Summer 2024!    For the low price of $84, you can choose to stay over between two events for which you already have a ticket.  

What a cool deal, right? No taking down your tent or RV and setting it up again, no labeling your tent and gear while you leave the land for a hotel or another campground. Just a relaxing couple of days in the woods to lounge around, walk The Land, run into town to do laundry or grab some groceries, maybe take a swim or book a canoe or kayak adventure and still have the joy of coming HOME to the peace of The Land.    You must have already purchased tickets for 2 or more consecutive events and can only stay on the land between those events.  If you have tickets for Amazon Spirit Week and WPI/RISE, you will not be allowed to purchase a Stay-over camping pass without purchasing a BMG ticket.

Things to note:
  • There will be no programming: no scheduled concerts or performances, no planned workshops, no shopping at The Land Sustainment Shop.
  • The community kitchen will be available for you to prepare meals, but there will be no meal plan or food trucks.
  • There will be no regular shuttle service.
  • This is NOT part of the Gap Day volunteer program.

Gap Day volunteers are still needed – about 20 women per “gap” to help with keeping The Land in working order and helping with load-in for the next event.  Women who wish to be a Gap Day volunteer must fill out an application and receive an invitation from the Land Managers in order to be able to stay for free in exchange for your service.   Find more information HERE.
