With five-part harmonies and sign language interpretation, Sweet Honey in the Rock® offers a Light in the midst of the darkness of Covid-19 and continuing election challenges to celebrate this Season of HolyDays which includes:   Diwali (Festival of Light). Thanksgiving, Channukah, Winter Solstice, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year, Three Kings Day

Sweet Honey’s genre ranges from traditional African to blues to gospel, jazz and much more. Celebrating the Holydays offers a rare fusion of traditional holiday spiritual songs and hymns. While a whole album is not yet available, this EP offers a taste of the HolyDays concert experience. Two of the songs, “Children Go Where I Send Thee”, and “Jesus, What A Wonderful Child” are live recordings from their December 2019 concert at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

Sweet Honey continues to empower and inspire their audiences with songs to stir the mind and the soul, and potent messages which include a wide range of social issues blended with their gorgeous artistry.
